Abstract: 본 발명은 산업체의 공정제어에 사용되는 탄성식 압력계의 자동교정장치 개발에 관한 것으로, 피교정 탄성식 압력계의 지시눈금의 교정 압력값을 마우스 입력장치 및 가상의 압력계기판을 이용하여 기존의 실수눈금 판독에서 정수눈금 판독이 가능토록 함으로써 기준센서와 피교정센서를 동일 시각에 자동 비교교정이 가능하도록 하였고, 수동으로 동작되는 교정의 전과정을 자동화시켰으며, 자동화로 인한 교정시간 단축과 개인오차를 제거할 수 있어 교정정확도를 증대시켰다.

Abstract: 본 발명은 동압 생성장치 및 이를 구비하는 총포의 동압 시험 시스템에 관한 것으로, 상기 동압 생성장치는, 포신뭉치에 장착되는 제1 포신과, 적어도 일부가 상기 제1 포신의 일단에 수용되며 추진제의 연소에 의하여 동압을 발생하는 추진모듈과, 상기 제1 포신보다 작은 직경으로 형성되어 상기 제1 포신의 내부에 삽입되며 탄두를 수용하도록 이루어지는 제2 포신과, 상기 동압의 발생시에 밀폐를 유지하도록 상기 추진모듈과 상기 제2 포신의 사이에 배치되는 어댑터 링, 및 상기 제2 포신이 이동되는 것을 제한하도록 상기 제1 포신에 장착되어 상기 제2 포신을 지지하는 멈춤모듈을 포함한다. 이에 의하여 실제 사격없이(주퇴복좌가 없이) 초고압 동압을 생성하는 장치가 구현된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A device for generating dynamic pressure and a dynamic pressure test system for firearms including the same are provided to secure a manufacturing technology for miniaturizing a sensor and the low price production by replicating a real firing test in which the dynamic pressure of 120,000 psi is generated. CONSTITUTION: A device for generating dynamic pressure comprises a first gun barrel (131), a propulsion module, a second gun barrel (132), an adaptor ring (133), and a stopping module (150). The first gun barrel is mounted on a gun barrel block. A part of the propulsion module is accommodated in one end of the first gun barrel. The propulsion module generates the dynamic pressure by the combustion of propellants. The second gun barrel is formed with a diameter which is smaller than the first gun barrel. The second gun barrel is inserted into the first gun barrel and is formed to accommodate a warhead. The adaptor ring is arranged between the propulsion module and the second gun barrel to maintain the airtightness when the dynamic pressure is generated. The stopping module is mounted on the first gun barrel to limit the movement of the second gun barrel and supports the second gun barrel.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A dynamic pressure generator and an apparatus for correcting a dynamic pressure gauge are provided to properly correct the dynamic pressure gauge by generating stable reference dynamic pressure. CONSTITUTION: A dynamic pressure generator includes a body(100), a valve(4), and a valve detaching device(200). The body is formed with a static pressure inlet(17), a static pressure storing section(1) for storing high pressurized fluid therein, a static pressure outlet(2) for exhausting high pressurized fluid, and a cavity(6) extending from the static pressure outlet(2). The valve(4) opens/closes a connection part(3) formed between the static pressure outlet(2) and the cavity(6). The static pressure inlet(17) is covered with a port(16) so as to stably introduce high pressurized fluid into the dynamic pressure generator. A valve seat(5) is provided in the connection part(3) for resting the valve(4) thereon.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An automatic elastic pressure calibrator and automatic calibration method is provided to achieve improved accuracy and calibration efficiency, while reducing calibration time and error. CONSTITUTION: A calibrator comprises a control unit, a data acquisition card, an interface card, an elastic pressure calibrator unit and an output unit.
