    Abstract: PURPOSE: A demon process performance improvement method is provided to indicate a necessary performance with a small calculation amount. CONSTITUTION: A band pass filter block generates a divided band signal by inputting a propeller noise signal (S400, S410). A square calculation block executes square calculation for the generated divided band signal (S420). A low pass filter block removes a high frequency signal from the divided band signal and a direct current (DC) signal from the divided band signal in which the high frequency signal is removed (S430). A fast Fourier transform (FFT) block executes FFT for the divided band signal in which the DC signal is removed (S440). A noise regulation block generates a spectrum by regulating noise in order to remove background noise in the divided band signal (S450). An averaging unit generates an average spectrum by averaging the generated spectrum (S460).     Abstract: PURPOSE: A manual sonar system and a demodulation of envelop modulated on noise (DEMON) process improving method thereof are provided to accurately reflect tonal signal frequencies existing adjacent to the manual sonar using radiated noise, thereby remarkably improving the accuracy of analyzing the number of the rotation of a propeller shaft, the number of the rotation of propeller blades, and the number of shafts of a vessel. CONSTITUTION: A manual sonar system includes a tonal processing module (30) and manual sonar (1). The tonal processing module receives the radiated noise signals spread underwater. The tonal signal frequencies included in the radiated noise signals are removed.     Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for removing a clutter for detecting a moving target and a moving target detecting system using the same are provided to detect a moving target with a small calculation amount in comparison with linear detection algorithm using Hough transform. CONSTITUTION: A gating unit(133-1) loads and classifies detection materials from a detection material storage if the detection materials of a current detection cycle are received. A Hough parameter calculating unit(133-2) calculates a Hough parameter using the detection materials. A deciding unit(133-3) distinguishes a measurement value generated from a target by comparing Hough parameters. A confirming unit(133-4) loads the Hough parameters related to the overlapped detection materials among the detection materials from the target, leaves the Hough parameter similar to a linear line and removes the remaining detection materials as clutters.
