Abstract: The present invention includes a first filtering plate; and a second filtering plate which is separated from the first filtering plate. The resonance range of the first filtering plate and the second filtering plate are determined in the first frequency range of the parametric arrangement of a filtering object which is the rate of the thickness and the width of the first filtering plate and the second filtering plate, respectively. Therefore, the present invention implements a device for filtering an acoustic wave to improve the measurement accuracy of difference frequency.
