Abstract: PURPOSE: An encoding system and a method thereof are provided to strongly protect privacy by using an anonymity ID. CONSTITUTION: A cryptosystem (100) comprises a controller (110) and a communication unit (120). The communication unit obtains encryption information for encoding specific data corresponding to a first user from a server associated with a key distribution center. The controller produces a public key and anonymous ID for the first user based on encryption information which is obtained by controlling the communication unit and produces a coded message based on the public key and specific data. The controller produces a message certification code based of the anonymous ID and transmits the anonymous ID, coded message and message authentication code to a server associated with a management center.
