Abstract: PURPOSE: A ball joint capable of separating a sheet for a vehicle is provided to reduce the abrasion of a ball sheet by reducing the rotation of a cover seat caused by the movement of a ball stud, improve durability, and reduce the operational torque. CONSTITUTION: A ball joint capable of separating a sheet for a vehicle comprises a ball stud(110), a housing unit(120), and a ball sheet(130). The ball stud includes a ball unit extended from a neck portion. The ball unit is received in the housing unit, thereby being joined. A bottom sheet supporting an end side of the ball unit and a cover sheet supporting the neck portion of the ball unit are formed in the ball sheet to be separated. The ball sheet supports the ball unit between the ball unit and the housing unit by surrounding the ball unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A ball joint for vehicles is provided to improve durability and to reduce abrasion of a ball seat and a ball by constantly maintaining actuating torque and reducing starting torque. CONSTITUTION: A ball joint for vehicles comprises a ball stud(110), a housing(120), a ball seat(130), a dust cover, and a plug. The ball stud comprises a ball portion(112) connected at a neck portion(114). The housing is connected to the ball portion and accommodates the ball portion. The ball seat supports the ball portions by wrapping around the ball portion and comprises a grease flowing space(132) and an uneven part. Grease flows in the grease flowing space. The uneven part is for smoothly circulating the grease and reducing frictional resistance to the ball portion. The dust cover encloses the ball stud and housing and prevents the inflow of dust into the ball seat. The plug is connected to the housing and fixes the ball seat.
