Abstract: PURPOSE: A window opening-closing apparatus capable of enabling users to manually or automatically open and close windows is provided to easily prevent the insertion of rain water, strong wind, and snow through the window. CONSTITUTION: A window opening-closing apparatus comprises a guide unit(10), a winding unit(20), a driving unit(30), a moving unit(40), a power intermittence unit, and a controller. The guide unit includes a primary guide member and a secondary guide member. The guide members are separately and rotatably installed on both sides of a window frame(3) installed on a wall body of a building. The winding unit includes a primary winding member and a secondary winding member, winded to the primary guide member and the secondary guide member, respectively. The driving unit is installed on the window frame for rotating the winding unit. The moving unit includes a primary moving member and a secondary moving member for opening a primary window(31) and a secondary window.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manual foldable lift is provided to be conveniently loaded in a loading box of a truck with a narrow width. CONSTITUTION: A manual foldable lift comprises a subframe(10), a vertical frame(30), a fork part(50) and an elevating member(70). Moving wheels are installed in the subframe. The bottom part of the vertical frame is fixed to the subframe. The fork part moves up and down according to the vertical frame. The elevating member lifts the fork part.
