플로팅 폰툰 조립체가 개시된다. 본 발명이 일 실시예에 따른 플로팅 폰툰 조립체는 육면체의 부유블록, 상기 부유블록의 수평면상의 모서리 부분에 접하는 수직부 및 결합을 위하여 상기 부유블록보다 돌출되도록 상기 수직부로부터 연장 형성된 수직연장부를 포함하는 수평프레임을 포함하며, 서로 평면적으로 결합되는 복수개의 단위폰툰 및 상호 인접한 상기 단위폰툰의 서로 마주보는 상기 수직연장부를 체결하는 체결부재를 포함할 수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a pontoon formed of a concrete material and, more specifically, a floating pontoon comprising a hexahedral floating block, and a first frame having an internal hollow hole for receiving the floating block and six surfaces formed of a concrete material with an opening. The first frame has a first member and a second member arranged at a right angle to each other to support the edges of the floating block. Multiple coupling holes on which coupling members are mounted to couple with the floating pontoon are formed on the first or second member. A floating pontoon assembly according to the present invention is formed by coupling unit pontoons. The unit pontoons can be easily transported with excellent mobility by having a small volume. Since the unit pontoons are easily coupled, an expandable pontoon can be easily formed. The present invention can obtain stability against rolling and vibration caused by waves and can protect the unit pontoons from external impact by coupling a protective cover to the outer surface. The present invention can have the lower draft than an existing concrete pontoon by charging the inside of the unit pontoons with the floating blocks; thereby being used in an area with the low depth of water and being used as the pontoon capable of loading heavy buildings or objects. In the floating pontoon assembly, some of the unit pontoons have a space box having a top opened internal space instead of the floating blocks; thereby storing the objects in the space box or utilizing the internal space as multi-purposes, and omitting an expensive post-tensioning work in a process of bonding the unit pontoons to each other.

PURPOSE: A jaw customized prestressed concrete girder, PC assembly provided with the same, and PC assembling method using the same are provided to secure the application property, and profitability and low-vibration performance. CONSTITUTION: A jaw customized prestressed concrete girder comprises precast concrete columns(300), first precast concrete girders(400), second PC girders(100), a first precast beam(200), a third PC girder(500), a second precast beam(600). The four PC posts are arranged in order to form a square shape. The first PC girder is arranged in a first direction. A first joint groove(410) is formed on both upper side of the PC girder. The two second PC girders are arranged between the first PC girders. An upper fitting groove(110) is formed on the center top of the second PC girders.

본 발명은 중앙부 상측에 압축측이 되는 상측 맞춤홈이 형성된 PC 거더 및 PC 거더와 직교하며, 양단부 상측에 이음홈이 형성되고 중앙부 하측에 압축측이 되며 상측 맞춤홈에 대응되는 하측 맞춤홈이 형성된 PC 빔을 포함하는 턱맞춤형 PC 보, 이를 구비한 PC 조립체 및 이를 이용한 PC 조립방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 본 발명에 따르면, 턱맞춤형 PC 보에 의해 17M 이상의 장경간 PC 거더와 PC 빔을 분절하여 맞춤홈 또는 이음홈으로 접합 시공함으로써, 대경간 구조를 PC 구조로 시공이 가능하게 하고, 시공성, 경제성 및 저진동 성능을 확보할 수 있다.
