Abstract:
본 발명은 다기능성 계면활성제 거품을 이용한 오염토양 정화처리방법 및 정화처리시설에 관한 것이다. 상기 정화처리방법은, 오염토양을 평탄하게 고르는 오염토양 정지단계와 미생물 포함 계면활성제거품을 만드는 거품생산단계와 상기 계면활성제거품을 상기 오염토양의 상부에 덮어씌워, 오염토양 상부의 계면활성제 거품이 터짐에 의해 상기 미생물이 계면활성제수용액에 실려 토양의 공극을 통과하며 오염물질을 생분해하게 하는 계면활성제 거품층형성단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

양이온성 계면활성제용 첨가제로서, 상기 첨가제는 음이온성 계면활성제; 및 폴리비닐아세테이트로 이루어지며, 상기 첨가제에 의하여 상기 양이온성 계면활성제의 폼 지속도가 향상되는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온성 계면활성제용 첨가제가 제공된다. 본 발명에 따르면, 폼을 전혀 생성하지 못하는 탄수화물계 양이온성 계면활성제에 음이온성 계면활성제와 PVA를 함께 사용함으로써 폼의 생성은 물론, 폼의 지속시간을 현저하게 증가시킬 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for remedying contaminated soil using multi-functional surfactant foam and an apparatus for the same are provided to completely prevent dust and volatile pollutants from being discharged to the atmosphere by covering the contaminated soil with surfactant foam. CONSTITUTION: A method for remedying contaminated soil includes the steps of: flattening contaminated soil on the ground (100); forming surfactant foam containing microorganisms by discharging air in a surfactant aqueous solution containing microorganisms (102); and forming a surfactant foam layer which biodegrades pollutants by carrying the microorganisms in the surfactant aqueous solution to penetrate through the pores of the soil (104). Abstract:
A system and a method for the removal of soil contaminants by using a surfactant foam are provided to improve removal efficiency of the contaminants, prevent secondary contamination, and simplify the system and the method themselves by allowing the surfactant foam to separate contaminants from soil particles and completely discharging the surfactant foam and the contaminants separated from the soil particles to the outside. A system for the removal of soil contaminants comprises: a plurality of supply pipes(16) installed at side parts of a contaminant zone; a plurality of discharge pipes(22) installed at the opposite side of the supply pipes in a state that contaminants(z) are positioned between the supply pipes and the discharge pipes; a foam generating part(18) for processing a surfactant solution supplied from the outside into a foam state; an injection pump(20) for transferring the surfactant solution in the foam state prepared in the foam generating part to the supply pipes; a blocking wall(14) installed at a side part of the supply pipes to prevent the surfactant solution in the foam state ejected from the supply pipes from moving to places other than the contaminants; and a vacuum pump(24) providing the discharge pipes with vacuum. The supply pipes have a plurality of ejection holes(16a) formed in peripheral parts thereof. The foam generating part includes a tank(18a) providing a housing space, a pump(18c) for sending the surfactant solution to the tank, and an air pump(18b) ejecting air into the surfactant solution in the tank to generate a foam in the surfactant solution. The discharge pipes having a plurality of suction holes(22a) formed in peripheral parts thereof. Further, the surfactant is a sulfonic acid based surfactant.
