Abstract: PURPOSE: A diaper and a method for examining the state of the diaper are provided to enable caregivers to efficiently manage infants, the elderly with dementia, and patients while performing daily activities. CONSTITUTION: A diaper comprises: a first sensor(10) which is installed between an inner film and an absorption pad and measures temperature and humidity that changes according to the excrement of a wearer and slope which changes when the wearer turns over; a control circuit(20) which determines whether the wearer excretes waste or turns his/her body upside down and outputs an audio signal; and a second sensor which is installed in the wrist of the wearer, measures the pulse or heat of the wearer, and wirelessly transmits the measured pulse or heat data to the control circuit.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供尿布和检查尿布状态的方法，使护理人员能够有效地管理婴儿，痴呆老人和进行日常活动的患者。 构成：尿布包括：第一传感器（10），其安装在内膜和吸收垫之间，并测量根据穿着者的排泄物而变化的温度和湿度，以及穿着者转过时变化的坡度; 控制电路（20），其判断穿戴者排泄物是否排泄或者使其身体上下颠倒并输出音频信号; 以及安装在佩戴者的腕部上的第二传感器，测量穿戴者的脉搏或热量，并且将测量的脉搏或热量数据无线地传送到控制电路。
