Abstract: 본 발명은 비데용 순간 온수 가열식 히터에 관한 것으로서, 비데용 순간 온수 가열식 히터는, 양단에 통전단자가 형성되고 상하면에 절연체가 코팅된 발열체와, 다수개의 발열핀을 갖고 외면에 발열체가 접착고정된 유입관과, 다수개의 발열핀이 형성되고 외주연 일단에 나사부가 형성되며 내주연에 발열체를 갖는 유입관이 결합고정되는 발열관과, 발열관의 나사부에 나사결합되어 온수저장탱크의 외측면에 오링에 의해 밀폐고정되는 플랜지를 구비하고, 본 발명 비데용 순간 온수 가열식 히터의 제조방법은 코팅종이 위에 절연체를 스크린 인쇄하는 절연체인쇄과정과, 발열체를 인쇄하는 발열체인쇄과정과, 다시 절연체를 인쇄하여 금속관과의 접촉을 차단하기 위한 절연체2차인쇄과정과, 절연체와 발열체를 유입관 외면에 부착하는 발열체접착과정과, 발열체와 절연체를 소결시키는 발열체밀착소결과정과, 유입관을 발열관의 내면에 고정시키는 발열관접착과정 및 발열관의 나사부에 플랜지를 나사결합하는 플랜지결합과정으로 이루어지는 특징이 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A heater of a bidet for immediately generating hot water and a manufacturing method of the heater are provided to reduce the waste of water, to save energy, and to secure excellent immediate-heating capacity by mounting the heater in a raw water line. CONSTITUTION: A heater of a bidet for immediately generating hot water comprises a heating element(2) comprising current delivery terminals(9) at both ends and having upper and lower surfaces coated with insulators; an inlet pipe(6) composed of a plurality of heating fins projected inward on the outer periphery and adhered and fixed with the heating element on the outside; a heating pipe(8) composed of a plurality of heating fins(7) protruded outward on the outer periphery and a screw unit(13) formed on one end of the outer periphery, and combined and fixed with the inlet pipe having the heating element on the inner periphery; and a flange(10) joined to the screw unit of the heating pipe and closed and fastened on the outside of a hot water storage tank(12) by an O-ring(11).
