Abstract: 본 고안은 곡물탈곡기에 관한 것으로서, 탈곡처리되어 낙하하는 콩과 같은 곡물을 배출스크류 쪽으로 유도하는 슈트에 쭉정이 등이 들러붙는 현상을 간단한 구조로 작동되는 전후흔들판에 의하여 효과적으로 제거하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
본 고안의 곡물탈곡기는, 탈곡실(100)과; 회전탈곡드럼(120)과; 배출실(110)과; 곡물을 이송하는 배출스크류(140)와; 그리고, 쭉정이를 배출하도록 상기 배출실에 바람을 송풍하는 송풍기(150);를 구비한다. 상기 슈트의 하부에서 자유단이 상기 쭉정이 배출구(112)를 향하도록 전후흔들판(180)이 설치된다. 상기 전후흔들판에는 다수의 곡물배출구멍(183)이 형성되고, 그 배면에 연결바(184)가 설치된다. 상기 전후흔들판의 자유단 양쪽의 상면 및 하면을 지지하도록, 상기 쭉정이 배출구의 양쪽 내벽면에 두 쌍의 높이조절롤러(190, 190)(192, 192)가 높이조절가능하게 설치된다. 상기 전후흔들판은 캠축(201)에 결합된 편심캠(200)에 의하여 진동하게 된다. 상기 회전탈곡드럼의 회전력은 제1전동수단(210)을 통해 상기 캠축과 상기 송풍기의 송풍기축(152)에 전달된다. 상기 송풍기축의 회전력은 제2전동수단(220)에 의해 상기 배출스크류의 스크류축(141)에 전달된다.
