Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and a device for preventing fire in a process for mixing rubber is provided to automatize a chemical process, and to prevent fire caused by an injector for nitrogen. CONSTITUTION: A device for preventing fire in a process for mixing rubber is composed of a hopper(4), a discharge door, and an injector. The hopper is used to pour sulfur, and a mixture of rubber is discharged through a discharging door after finishing a mixing process of the rubber. And then, the generation of fire is prevented regardless of the explosion of sulfur particles by the nitrogen injection. After measuring sulfur, sulfur inflows toward the hopper as opening a valve for chemical materials, and at the same time, nitrogen inflows toward inside of the hopper as opening a nitrogen valve by recognizing the opening of the valve for chemical materials. And then, a density of sulfur particles and oxygen is decreased for preventing fire. When a nitrogen pressure is high, the flow of sulfur is blocked, so that a diffuser(51) is installed to disperse a nitrogen pressure.
