Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a valve seat for an automotive engine using a mechanical machining unit is provided to reduce the number of surface processes of a valve sheet for intake and exhaust and to reduce facility investment and the expense of tools. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a valve seat for an automotive engine using a mechanical machining unit comprises the followings. A cylinder head is fixed on the front part through a jig and a gun reamer(30) processes a valve guide. A processing unit(10) with a processing tool(20) sliding forward and backward at 45° based on a axis line along a guide rail for the process of the valve seat processed surface is axis-fixed on the rear part. The forward and backward control of a processing unit and the forward control of a separate traverse processing tool for processing the processed surface are combined.

Abstract: An interim washer of a crank shaft for a vehicle engine is provided to transfer a crank shaft by employing one gantry loader.
