Abstract:
The present invention relates to a manganese-doped zinc sulfide nanoparticle conjugate, a method for preparing the same, and a use of the same for multiphoton imaging. More specifically, the present invention relates to a ZnS nanoparticle conjugate including Mn-doped ZnS nanoparticles, an oleyl amine layer coupled to the nanoparticles, a phospholipid layer covering the oleyl amine layer, and functional biomolecules conjugated to the phospholipid layer; a method for preparing the same, and a use of the same for multiphoton imaging.

본 발명에서는 공기 상에서 안정적이며 환경친화적인 금속염을 전구체로 사용하여 망간 이온이 도핑된 금속 칼코게나이드 나노결정을 제조하는 방법에 관한 것으로, 상세하게는 1차아민 또는 2차아민, 또는 이들의 혼합물로부터 선택되는 아민계 물질에, 망간염을 제외한 금속염과 망간염을 혼합하여 금속-아민 착화합물 용액을 제조하는 단계, 및 상기 금속-아민 착화합물 용액에 황(S) 원으로서 황분말을 첨가하거나 셀레늄(Se) 원으로서 셀레늄 분말, 셀레노우레아 또는 셀레노카바메이트를 첨가하고 혼합한 후 열처리하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명의 제조방법은 불순물이 나노결정의 내부로 고품질로 도핑되며, 나노결정의 크기, 모양(morphology), 불순물의 도핑 정도를 조절할 수 있으며, 안정적이고 친환경적이며, 단순한 스케일 업(scale up)에 의해 한 번의 공정으로 망간이 도핑된 나노결정을 다량으로 얻을 수 있는 장점이 있다. 나노결정(nano crystal), 금속염(metal salts), 망간(Mn), 도핑(Doping), 황화아연(ZnS), 셀레늄화아연(ZnSe), 황화카드뮴 (CdS), 셀레늄화카드뮴 (CdSe)
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a nanocrystal doped with manganese is provided to synthesize a high quality semiconductor nanocrystal doped with impurities using metal salt as a precursor. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a chalcogenide nanocrystal doped with manganese comprises the following steps: mixing an amine based material selected from the group consisting of a primary amine marked with chemical formula 1, a secondary amine marked with chemical formula 2, and their compound, with a metal salt marked with chemical formula 3, and manganese salt marked with chemical formula 4, to form a metal-amine complex compound solution; mixing sulfur powder, selenium powder, and seleno urea or seleno carbamate with the metal-amine complex compound solution to heat-treating.

PURPOSE: A performance evaluation system is provided to manage distribution information of necessary resources according to work planning after constructing work plan about construction project, thereby preventing the demage of materials. CONSTITUTION: An operator server(10) processes user authentication about a participant terminal(40). The operator server analyzes the resource supplying performance through distribution information provided by the participant terminal. The operator server stores the analyzed resource supply performance information to a DB server(20). The operation server analyzes work performance by calculating reliability, usefulness, efficiency of relevant work.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: Copper indium selenide nano-particles and a method for preparing the same are provided to adjust the sizes and/or the compositions of nano-particles and to mass-produce copper indium selenide nano-particles of uniform sizes. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing copper indium selenide nano-particles includes the following: a selenium metal is mixed with a first coordinate solvent to be reacted to prepare a selenium precursor solution; a copper precursor and an indium precursor are mixed with a second coordinate solvent to prepare a copper/indium precursor solution; and the selenium precursor solution and the copper/indium precursor solution are mixed and heated to form copper indium selenide nano-particles. The selenium precursor solution preparing process further includes a carbon monoxide introducing process.
