Abstract: 본 고안은 조립 검사기의 이송장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 소형 전자부품을 조립 또는 검사하는 라인상에 설치하는 조립검사기에서, 캠과 서보모터와 회동링크를 채용하여 전자부품을 일정한 피치로 고속 이송시켜 줄 수 있도록 한 것이다.
이를 위해, 본 고안은 소정의 지지테이블(20)에 장착되는 서보모터(12)와; 상기 서보모터(12)의 회전축과 동축을 이루며 장착되는 캠(10)과; 상기 캠(10)의 외주면에 밀착되는 롤러(16)가 중앙부분에 장착되고, 하단은 힌지로 지지테이블(20)에 고정되며, 상단은 상기 지지테이블(20)의 상면쪽에 배치되는 좌우이송체(22)에 고정되는 회동링크(14)와; 상기 지지테이블(20)의 위쪽에 배치되는 안내구조체(18)에 좌우로 이송 가능하게 장착되는 좌우이송체(22)와; 상기 좌우이송체(22)의 앞쪽부분과 연결되어 좌우이송체(22)를 직선운동으로 바꾸어주는 직선 베어링(24)과; 상기 좌우이송체(22)의 상면에 일끝단이 힌지로 장착되고 반대쪽 끝단의 상면에는 핀(28)이 일체로 형성된 피드핑거(26)와; 상기 핀(28)과 일치하는 피드핑거(26)의 저면과 상기 좌우이송체(22)의 상면간에 부착되는 압축스프링(30)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조립검사기의 이송장치를 제공한다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transfer device of an assembling tester is provided to feed electronic parts at a specific pitch and at a high speed by employing a cam, a servomotor and a rotating link. CONSTITUTION: A transfer device of an assembling tester comprises a servo motor(12) installed on a support table(20), a cam(10) installed coaxially with the rotating shaft of the servo motor, a rotating link(14) having a roller(16) adhered to the outer face of the cam on the center, the lower end fixed on the support table via a hinge, and the upper end fixed on a leftward/rightward transfer body(22) placed on the upper face of the support table, the leftward/rightward transfer body movably installed on a guide structure(18) placed above the support table, a linear bearing(24) connected to the front portion of the leftward/rightward transfer body to convert the motion of the leftward/rightward transfer body into a linear motion, a feed finger(26) having one end installed on the upper face of the leftward/rightward transfer body via a hinge and including a pin(28) formed on the other end, and a compressive spring(30) attached to the bottom face of the feed finger and the upper face of the leftward/rightward transfer body.
