Abstract: PURPOSE: A pore controllable net compressing type dual step fiber filtering apparatus is provided to save a cost required for energy by improving the efficiency of filtration and reducing the using amount of back washing water. CONSTITUTION: A pore controllable net compressing type dual step fiber filtering apparatus includes a cylindrical partitioning container, a first fiber filtering device, and a second filtering device(60). The cylindrical partitioning container is arranged the upper region of the upper dispersing plate of the filtering bath. The filtering bath is partitioned into an outer container and an inner container. The first fiber filtering device includes an outer side porous pipe and an outer side bundle of fiber. The second fiber filtering device includes an inner side porous pipe(62) and an inner side bundle of fiber.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A fiber filtering apparatus using a screen is provided to compress or release fiber bundle by installing screen in which one side thereof is fixed to the fiber bundle and another side thereof is capable of moving. CONSTITUTION: A fixing screen(30) is composed of a rectangular frame and a net. The fixing screen is vertically fixed to both upper end parts of a dispersing plate in a filtering bath(1). Fiber bundle(10, 11) and a moving screen(32) are arranged in the fixing screen. The moving screen is capable of moving based on a moving unit(40). The fiber bundle is compressed or released. The moving screen is composed of a rectangular frame and a net. A moving groove is formed at the lower side of the rectangular frame. A guide rod(44) is fixed to the rectangular frame of the fixing screen. The guide rod moves the moving unit.
