Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing non-preservative cosmetics including skin protection functional materials, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method which has a high skin protection effect, does not use preservatives in order to eliminate the harmful effects of the preservatives which are used to prevent the spoilage of cosmetics, and does not have a change in the content of useful components which protect skin. Cosmetics have easy conditions for the propagation of microorganisms in the following environments: being normally stored and distributed at room temperature; and composing the cosmetics with water, oil, and other natural extracts, which are easy for microorganisms to propagate. Therefore, preservatives are used for the preservation of the cosmetics and the present invention is provided to manufacture safe cosmetics which do not use the preservatives since the preservatives have a lot of maleficence controversies and also have examples of skin stimulation. To achieve the aforementioned purpose, the present invention comprises the following steps: selecting raw materials and cosmetics containers which do not change the components and forms of the cosmetics when sterilizing in high temperature and high pressure by containing skin protection functional materials; manufacturing cosmetics; and sterilizing the cosmetics.

Abstract: A manufacturing method of preservative free water-soluble cosmetics containing amino acids is provided to inhibit deterioration of cosmetics, and changes of content of amino acids capable of moisturizing the skin and product properties without using preservative. The preservative free water-soluble cosmetics containing amino acids are manufactured by sterilizing the water-soluble cosmetics in a vessel at 101-121 deg.C and 0-2.0 kgf/cm^2 for 20-50 minutes, wherein the water-soluble cosmetics contain water, humectant such as amino acid, glycerin, butylenes glycol and hyaluronic acid and thickening agent such as cellulose, dextrin and dextran; and the cosmetic vessel is pipe glass, natural rubber cap, polypropylene aluminum cap and aluminum pouch packing materials.
