Abstract: 본 발명은 알루미늄 휠 건식 도금방법에 관한 것으로 기존의 방법에서 적용되는 일반적인 공정을 구체화하고 공정을 추가함으로서 알루미늄휠의 표면 광택성이 우수하고 염 또는 염수에 대한 내식성 및 내산성이 우수하여 크롬휠에 대응하여 제조원가는 물론이고 친환경적인 부가가치를 높일 수 있도록 한 연마 세척에 의한 스퍼터링 휠 제조방법에 관한 것으로서,
본 발명인 연마 세척에 의한 스퍼터링 휠 제조방법에 관한 구체적인 해결적 수단은,
"알루미늄 휠 표면에 이물질을 제거하고 도장의 부착성을 향상시키는 소재준비단계와, 알루미늄 휠 표면의 이물질, 유분 등의 오물을 제거하기 위하여 탕세, 예비탈지, 본탈지, 제1,2차 수세, 중화, 제3,4차 수세, 피막, 제5,6차 수세, 순수세, 수절건조와 같은 공정을 순차적으로 진행하는 전처리 단계와, 폴리에스테르수지의 도료를 이용한 하도도장단계와, 알루미늄 휠 표면에 글로방전(Glow Discharge)을 이용하여 스퍼터링되는 표면에 스크래치를 가하는 전처리(Pretreatment)를 거친 후 진공챔버내에 불활성기체인 아르곤(Ar)를 넣고 알루미늄, 티타늄, 크롬, 스테인레스중 어느 하나의 재질로 된 타겟에 음전압을 걸어 음극(Cathode)으로 부터 방출된 전자들이 아르곤 기체와 충돌 아르곤을 이온화되어 알루미늄휠 표면으로 부터 튀어나온 원자와 운동량 교환에 의해 알루미늄 휠 표면에 박막을 형성하는 스퍼터링과, 상기 스퍼터링 후 알루미늄 휠 표면에 형성된 박막이 공기중에 산화되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 스퍼터링 박막 표면에 산화규소(SiO
2 )막을 코팅하는 후처리(Posttreatment)를 하는 일련의 스퍼터링 단계와, 상기 스퍼링 단계의 후 공정으로 알루미늄 휠 표면에 투명 코팅하는 상도단계로 이루어진 통상의 알루미늄 휠 도금방법에 있어서,
상기 하도도장단계에서는 폴리에스테르수지와 에폭시수지가 혼합된 혼합도료를 분체화하여 에어분사압력(Total Air Volume) 3-6㎏f/㎠, 토출량(Power Output) 15~90%, 발생전류 10~50㎂로 코로나 정전도장으로 도포하여 건조로에서 230±10℃로 10분간 건조시키며, 상기 하도도장단계와 스퍼터링 단계사이에는, 분체도장 후 표면을 개선하기 위하여 400방 샌드페이퍼를 사용하여 연마하는 연마공정과, 연마공정에서 발생하는 오염물질을 제거하기 위한 것으로 55±10℃의 온수를 분사압력 0.5kgf/㎠이상으로 분사 세척하는 탕세공정과, 온수에 계면활성제를 5~10% 희석 혼합한 55±10℃의 액상 세척제를 분사압력 1.0~2.0kgf/㎠으로 알루미늄 휠 표면에 분사하여 알루미늄 휠 표면의 오염물질을 완전히 제거하는 탈지공정과, 분사압력 1.0~2.0kgf/㎠, 순도(비저항) 0.5㏁/㎝이상의 이온 교환수를 사용하여 알루미늄 휠 표면을 최종적으로 세척하는 순수세공정과, 온도 140±10℃하에서 알루미늄 휠에 잔존하는 수분을 완전히 제거하는 수절건조공정으로 이루어진 연마 세척단계를 추가 포함한 것과,
상도단계에서 아크릴 분체를 사용하며 상기 아크릴 분체를 공기압력4.0~5.0kgf/㎠, 토출량(Power Output) 35~70%, 정전력 35~60kv, 발생전류(Output current) 30~60㎂로 코로나 정전도장으로 도포하여 건조로에서 건조온도 230±10℃로 건조시키는 것"을 그 구성적 특징으로 하고 있다.
상기와 같이 구성된 본 발명인 연마 세척에 의한 스퍼터링 휠 제조방법은 알루미늄휠의 표면 광택성이 우수하고 염 또는 염수에 대한 내식성 및 내산성, 내마모성이 우수하여 크롬휠에 대응하여 제조원가는 물론이고 친환경적인 부가가치를 높일 수 있다.
전처리단계, 하도도장단계, 연마 세척단계, 스퍼터링단계, 상도단계.
