    Abstract: PURPOSE: A core using ferrite and a manufacturing method are provided to minimize a diameter size of a core and increase magnetic flux density, thereby increasing the efficiency of an allowable current. CONSTITUTION: 60-75 wt% of ferric oxide, 15-25 wt% of zinc oxide, 7-15 wt% of nickel oxide, 2-7 wt% of bismuth, and 1-5 wt% of cuprous oxide are mixed. A mixture is dried during 230-250 minutes in 1000-1100 degrees of drying furnace. The mixture is ground in a roller grinder. A core base is molded by mixing 70-90 wt% of mixture and 10-30 wt% of binder. A diameter is formed by processing the core base. The core is plasticized during 170-190 minutes in 1180-1220 degrees of an oven.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an insulation material coating apparatus for a core. An object of the present invention is to provide an insulation material coating apparatus for a core, which uses a coating apparatus having a specific structure on which a large number of cores can be installed, in order to quickly and stably adsorb an epoxy liquid used as an insulation material in a core manufacturing process, to the outer circumferential surface of a core. To this end, an insulation material coating apparatus for a core according to the present invention includes: an epoxy tank accommodating an insulation material for coating a core; a housing having a rectangular parallelepiped shape and including a recess in an upper surface thereof, wherein the epoxy tank is disposed in the recess; a plurality of seat protrusions disposed on the upper surface of the housing around the recess, wherein a fixing frame, to which a large number of cores are fixed, is placed on the seat protrusions; a vertical moving means that has an upper end on which the epoxy tank adjacent to the recess of the housing is placed, and that vertically reciprocates according to manipulation of an external handle so as to move the epoxy tank; and a vibration means that vibrates a body of the housing according to the driving of a motor caused by manipulation of a switch.
