Abstract: 본 고안은 물을 고압 분사시켜 롤척과 베어링 같은 부품의 외관에 생긴 러스트 및 슬러지 등을 자동으로 신속하게 제거할 수 있음은 물론 고압의 물을 분사하여 세척하기 때문에 환경을 오염시키지 않는 유압식 자동 세척장치에 관한 것이다.
본 고안의 구성은, 그 내부에 일정공간을 가지며 바닥에 길이방향으로 한 쌍의 가이드 레일(111)이 설치된 하우징(110); 상기 가이드 레일(111)을 따라 이동할 수 있도록 하부에는 롤러(121)가 설치되고 상부에는 세척물(200)이 안착되는 회전판(122)이 회전 가능하게 설치된 대차(120); 상기 가이드 레일(111) 양측에 수직으로 설치되며 승하강 되는 로드(131)를 갖는 유압 실린더(130); 상기 로드(131)에 의해 승하강 되게 설치되며, 컴프레셔(C)에 의해 제공된 고압 세척수를 상기 회전판(122)의 세척물(200)에 고압 분사하는 분사기(140); 상기 대차(120)와, 유압 실린더(130) 및 분사기(140)의 일련의 작동을 제어할 수 있도록 상기 하우징(110)의 일측에 설치된 제어판(150)으로 이루어진다.
