    Abstract: The composite fertilizer is prepared by (A) steaming 50kg of organic fibrous material containing saw dust, spiritous residue and rice bran in a closed reactor at the temperature of 110-130 deg.C and the steam pressure of 1-10 kg/cm2 for 1-2 hours; (B) adding 100kg of animal organic substance steamed like above and 20 kg fertilizer component to the steamed plant fiber and steamimg the mixture in the reactor at 115 deg.C and the steam pressure of 2 kg/cm2 for 1 hour, followed by drying; and (C) fermenting the product with the addition of known bacterial agents. The animal organic substance is derived from wastes of fish, meat or leather.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A process for preparing the complex fertilizer is provided to attempt diversification of fertilizer components required to plants by utilizing industrial waste materials to be rapidly fermented. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises a first step of grinding and mixing 60 wt. parts of lime ore powders, 40 wt. parts of silicate ore powders, 50 wt. parts of zeolite and 50 wt. parts of clay or white clay having a particle size of 200-300 in mesh size; a second step of adding to the obtained blending powders a mixture of 100 wt. parts of amino acid by product solution, 50 wt. parts of butchery waste extract and 50 wt. parts of fish waste extract; a third step of charging the prepared mixture into a sealed rotation container; a fourth step of rotating and agitating it to reach 30-40 deg.C.; a fifth step of adding to the obtained product with a dispersion solution containing aspergillus oryzae in peptone solution; a sixth step of rotating and agitating it to become a uniform dispersion; a seventh step of particulating the dispersion in forms of spherical or pellet shapes; an eighth step of sufficiently fermenting it for 15-20 days then drying and sterilizing it at 100 deg.C. or more.
