Abstract: 본 발명은 생장점 배양에 사용하기 위해 생장점 채취용으로 경정을 기내에서 조직배양하여 기내 식물체를 생산하는 방법, 이러한 방법에 사용되기 위한 증식 배지, 이러한 방법에 따라 생산된 기내 식물체에서 채취한 생장점을 이용한 생장점 배양을 통해 무병주를 생산하는 방법, 및 이러한 생산방법에 사용하기 위한 배지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 계절적인 제한 없이 생장점을 채취할 수 있으며 바이러스 오염율은 낮고 생존율은 높은 식물체를 대량생산할 수 있어, 우량품종을 원활하게 보급할 수 있으므로 농가 소득증대에 기여할 수 있으며 생산품의 품질향상에 의한 국제 경쟁력 제고로 우수품종의 수출이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to: a method of producing an in vitro plant body by tissue-culturing a shoot tip for collecting a growing point for apical meristem culture; a proliferation medium for the method; a production method of virus and disease-free stocks through the apical meristem culture using the growing point collected from the in vitro plant body which is produced by the method; and a medium for the production method. According to the present invention, a user can collect the growing point without the limitation of the seasons, and mass-produce the plant bodies with low virus contamination rate and high survival rate, thereby contributing to the increase of income in farmhouses by easily supplying high quality varieties, and being expected to be able to export the high quality varieties by improving international competitiveness through enhancing the quality of products.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及：通过组织培养用于收集顶生分生组织培养物的生长点的芽尖来产生体外植物体的方法; 该方法的增殖培养基; 通过顶端分生组织培养使用通过该方法生产的体外植物体收集的生长点的病毒和无病原种的生产方法; 和生产方法的介质。 根据本发明，用户可以在不受季节限制的情况下收集生长点，批量生产具有低病毒污染率和高存活率的植物体，从而通过容易地提供高价格来促进农舍收入的增加 优质品种，通过提高产品质量，提高国际竞争力，有望出口高品质品种。
