Abstract: 본 발명은 소나무껍질추출물을 함유한 항균 및 항염 활성을 동시에 지닌 의료용 또는 화장료용 패치 제제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하여 제조된 패치 제제는 종래 패치 제제에 소나무껍질추출물의 항균 및 항염 활성을 부여함으로써 패치를 장기간동안 피부에 부착하여 사용하더라도 병원성균에 의한 오염을 방지할 뿐만 아니라 피부염증이 감소되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다. 또한 부가적으로 패치에 함유된 소나무껍질추출물이 피부에 흡수됨으로써 활성산소를 제거하고 콜라겐의 분해를 억제하여 미백 및 주름개선 등의 피부미용 효과도 기대할 수 있다.

Abstract: A patch preparation is provided to suppress a contamination of pathogenic microorganism or occurrence of inflammatory to skin and be safe to the skin while attaching the patch preparation for a long time to the skin using pine bark extracts, to suppress pollution of pathogenicity microbial, to show an antibiotic and an anti-inflammation effects, to remove an active oxygen of the skin and to provide an effect of caring the skin by suppressing disassimilation of the collagen. A patch preparation for medical treatment or cosmetic material includes a support layer(11) and a bonding layer(12) and includes pine bark extracts at the bonding layer. The bonding layer, the pine bark extracts of 0.01~5.0 weight% are contained in the bonding layer.
