Abstract: A cushion pad of trousers or a skirt is provided to be attached to the rear of trousers or a skirt and to make a user feel comfortable by letting a sponge elastic plate attached to the rear waist of the user. Abstract: PURPOSE: A safety belt buckle is provided to improve the convenience of use by allowing a user to easily lock/unlock the safety belt buckle using only one finger while securely maintaining a locking state thereof. CONSTITUTION: A window hole is formed at both sidewalls of a channel plate(1). Inner bending plates are formed at sidewalls of an elastic plate.
