Abstract: 본발명은 GFP의특성을갖고있어 480nm 파장의광조사하에서고유의형광을방출하며발현시 세포막을통과하여외부로분비되므로,유전자를리포터유전자로사용하면살아있는세포, 조직또는동물에서장파장의자외선을조사하여간단하게그 발현을관찰할수 있는것을특징으로하는 GFP(green fluorescent protein) 또는그 변형단백질과래트의 FSHB 신호단백질의재조합단백질, 이를코딩하는유전자및 이유전자의발현을위한벡터에관한것이다. 본발명에의하면세포를파쇄하지않고세포가살아있는상태에서발현량을정량할수 있기때문에연속적인(time-course) 실험에이용될수 있다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to: a green fluorescent protein (GFP) characterized by having GFP properties so as to release unique fluorescence under light radiation having a wavelength of 480 nm and secret to the outside after passing a cell membrane when expressing, and thereby, simply being able to observe the expression thereof by irradiating ultraviolet rays of a long wavelength in a living cell, tissue, or animal if a sGFP gene is used as a reporter gene, or the transformed protein thereof and a recombinant protein of FSHB signal protein of a rat; a gene encoding the same; and a vector for expressing the gene. According to the present invention, an expression amount can be quantifized in a state in which a cell is alive without crushing the cell, and therefore, the present invention can be used in a time-course experiment.
