Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cyclopropene derivative for inhibiting the ethylene action of plants and a synthesizing method thereof. The present invention comprises a step of synthesizing a C1-10 2-alkyl derivative (alkyl CPE) of 2-cyclopropene-1-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (CPE) which is a compound included in cyclopropene; and a step of treating persimmon fruits with the alkyl CPE in a liquid phase or a gas phase before harvest or after harvest. The present invention investigates and evaluates the effects of alkyl CPE on ethylene formation, respiration, flesh softening and the like during the storage of fruits at room temperature. Accordingly, in the present invention, provided is an ethylene action inhibitor for plants and allows alkyl CPE to be sprayed by manufacturing the alkyl CPE in a liquid phase at room temperature and to be stored for a long period as compared to 1-MCP which is one among existing ethylene action inhibitors.

The present invention relates to a method for preventing gray mold in grapevine leaves, and more specifically, to a method for preventing gray mold in grapevine leaves by increasing a stilbene compound in grape leaves by UV irradiation. In a method for preventing gray mold in grapevine leaves according to one embodiment of the present invention, the stilbene compound includes one of resveratrol, piceatannol, or piceid.

본 발명은 수확한 단감 과실의 저장 중 과피착색 증진 및 연화방지방법을 제시하는 것으로, 부유 단감에 수확직후 1-MCP를 처리하고 자외선처리를 병행할 경우 상기 단감 과피에 carotenoid계 색소 함량이 증가하여 착색이 증진됨과 동시에 과육의 연화억제 효과를 달성하는 뛰어난 효과가 있다.

PURPOSE: A method of enhancing fruit skin pigmentation and preventing fruit flesh from softening is provided to maintain the quality and functionality of sweet persimmon when storing after harvest. CONSTITUTION: Harvested sweet persimmons are treated with 1-methylcyclopropene(1-MCP) and irradiated with the ultraviolet ray(UV). In case of sweet persimmons are processed with 1-MCP and UV immediately after the harvest, carotenoid group photosynthetic pigment in the fruit skin of the sweet persimmon is increased which enhances the pigmentation and achieves the softening prevention effect of the fruit flesh at the same time.
