Abstract: 본 발명은 식중독균 유발미생물로 알려진 노로바이러스의 검출을 위한 재조합벡터, 그리고 그 벡터를 이용한 재조합단백질의 생산방법 및, 그를 이용한 노로바이러스의 검출방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 노로바이러스 검출용 재조합단백질 생산을 위한 재조합 벡터는, 노로바이러스 세포외막단백질(Norovirus Norwalk capsid protein) VP1 중 P1 도메인 또는 P2 도메인 중 어느 하나를 코딩하는 유전자와 목적단백질을 코딩하는 유전자를 포함하여 상기 유전자가 융합된 형태로 발현되도록 제작되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한 본 발명의 노로바이러스 검출용 재조합단백질 생산방법은, 상기 재조합 벡터로 대장균을 형질전환하고, 이로부터 노로바이러스 분자 진단용 재조합단백질을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for detecting norovirus known as microorganisms for causing food poisoning, a method for producing a recombinant protein using the vector, and a method for detecting norovirus using the vector. The recombinant vector for producing a recombinant protein for norovirus detection comprises: a gene coding any one of a P1 domain and a P2 domain in norovirus norwalk capsid protein VP1 domains; and a gene coding a target protein and the recombinant vector constructed such that the above genes are expressed in a fused state. In addition, the method for producing a recombinant vector for norovirus detection is characterized in that E. coli is transformed with the recombinant vector and a recombinant protein for norovirus molecule diagnosis is produced from the transformed E. coli.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及用于检测被称为导致食物中毒的微生物的诺如病毒的重组载体，使用载体生产重组蛋白的方法，以及使用该载体检测诺如病毒的方法。 用于产生用于诺如病毒检测的重组蛋白质的重组载体包括：编码诺如病毒诺沃克衣壳蛋白VP1结构域中的P1结构域和P2结构域中的任一个的基因; 和编码靶蛋白的基因和构建成使得上述基因以融合状态表达的重组载体。 此外，用于产生用于诺如病毒检测的重组载体的方法的特征在于用重组载体转化大肠杆菌，并从转化的大肠杆菌产生用于诺如病毒分子诊断的重组蛋白。
