Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing mixture herb extract for preventing and treating obesity is provided to suppress lipid differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells and to reduce body weight and lipid. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating obesity contains mixture herb extract of Astragali radix, Poria, or Phaseoli semen as an active ingredient. The mixture herb extract is isolated using water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or mixture solvent. A health food for preventing and treating obesity contains the mixture herb extract as an active ingredient. The health food is manufactured in the form of powder, granule, tablet, capsule, or beverage.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有用于预防和治疗肥胖症的混合草药提取物的药物组合物，以抑制3T3-L1细胞的脂质分化并降低体重和脂质。 构成：用于预防和治疗肥胖症的药物组合物含有作为活性成分的黄芪，茯苓，或Phaseoli精液的混合草药提取物。 混合草药提取物用水，1-4个碳原子的低级醇或混合溶剂分离。 用于预防和治疗肥胖症的保健食品含有草药提取物作为活性成分。 保健食品以粉末，颗粒，片剂，胶囊或饮料的形式制造。

Abstract: 본발명은황기(Astragali radix), 복령(Poria) 및적소두(Phaseoli semen)의혼합생약추출물을유효성분으로함유하는비만증의예방및 치료용약학조성물에관한것으로, 본발명의혼합생약추출물은마우스유래지방세포인 3T3-L1 세포의지방분화를억제시켜주는효과와고지방식이를이용해비만을유도한흰쥐에서체중감소및 체지방감소, 혈중지질농도감소효과가있으므로비만증의예방및 치료용약제또는건강기능식품에유용하게이용될수 있다.
