Abstract: PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing tangeretin is provided to prevent apoptosis in cardiovascular diseases, and to prevent, treat, and alleviate cardiovascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains tangeretin which suppresses apoptosis of a cardiac muscular tissue. The cardiovascular diseases are selected from a group consisting of myocardiopathy, ischemic cardiomyopathy, ischemic heart disorders, coronary artery diseases, angina pectoris, atherosclerosis, and arrhythmia. A health functional food for preventing or treating cardiovascular diseases contains tangeretin.

Abstract: 본 발명은 베타아밀로이드에 의한 세포 독성 및 기억력 손상 억제용 약학적 조성물, 및 건강기능식품에 관한 것으로, 겨우살이로부터 뇌세포 보호활성 및 기억력 증진효과와 항치매 활성을 갖는 분획을 조제하는 방법, 겨우살이로부터 에탄올 추출, 용해도차 및 각종 크로마토그라피를 이용하여 활성화합물인 시린진을 정제하는 방법, 겨우살이 추출물에 담체, 부형제 및 희석제등을 혼합함으로써 뇌세포보호, 기억력 증진 및 치매 예방치료용 건강기능식품 혹은 약학적 조성물이 제공된다.
본 발명에 의하면, 겨우살이 추출물은 치매의 발병원인 중 하나인 베타아밀로이드 (에이베타; beta-amyloid, Aβ)로 신경세포에 독성을 일으킨 경우 이 독성을 완화하는 활성을 가질 뿐 아니라, 스코폴라민 및 베타아밀로이드로 유도한 건망쥐를 이용한 워터 메이즈 모델 (Water Maze Model)에서 기억력 증진효과를 나타냈으므로 결과적으로 기억력증진 및 치매 예방용 건강기능식품 조성물 및 예방ㆍ치료용 약학적 조성물을 제공할 수 있다.

Abstract: A method for preparing an extract of mistletoe, a health food containing the extract prepared by the method, and a method for purifying the syringin represented by the formula 1 are provided to improve the effect for preventing and treating the dementia. A method for preparing an extract of mistletoe comprises the steps of extracting mistletoe by using water, ethanol and a mixture solvent of water and ethanol to obtain an extract; and obtaining a soluble fraction from the extract. Preferably the soluble fraction is obtained byextracting mistletoe by using water, ethanol or their mixture solvent by dipping at -100 deg.C or reflux stirring; and dispersing the concentrated extract in 10-30 times amount of water, and extracting it by using an identical amount of at least one solvent selected from dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and butanol to obtain the each organic solvent-soluble fraction.

Abstract translation: 制备槲寄生提取物的方法，含有本方法制备的提取物的保健食品，以及用于提纯由式1表示的注射器的方法，以提高预防和治疗痴呆的效果。 制备槲寄生提取物的方法包括用水，乙醇和水和乙醇的混合溶剂提取槲寄生以获得提取物的步骤; 并从提取物中获得可溶性级分。 优选地，可溶性级分通过在-100℃或回流搅拌下浸渍使用水，乙醇或其混合溶剂来提取槲寄生得到; 并将浓缩的提取物分散在10-30倍量的水中，并使用相同量的至少一种选自二氯甲烷，乙酸乙酯和丁醇的溶剂萃取，得到每种有机溶剂可溶级分。

Abstract: 본 발명은 탄제레틴을 포함하는 심혈관계 질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학 조성물 및 상기 탄제레틴을 포함하는 심혈관계 질환의 예방 또는 개선용 건강기능식품에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 탄제레틴을 포함하는 약학 조성물은 심근경색과 같이 세포자살을 수반하는 심혈관계 질환의 발병시 세포자살을 예방하여, 결과적으로 심근세포의 사멸을 방지하고 이에 따라 심혈관계 질환을 예방, 치료, 경감 또는 개선시키는 효과를 나타내므로, 심혈관계 질환의 치료제의 개발에 널리 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
