Abstract: PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing persimmon extract and ginseng extract is provided to ensure anti-atopy and anti-aging performance without side effect. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for anti-atopy and antiaging contains persimmon extract and ginseng extract. The persimmon extract is persimmon polyol extract or ethanol extract. The extract is stabilized with a nanoliposome. The nanoliposome is prepared by passing liposome containing phospho lipid, glutathione, 95% denaturated ethanol, glycerin, and polysorbate 20 through a high pressure emulsifier. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, gel, water soluble liquid, cream, essence, oil in water(O/W) type or water in oil(W/O) type basic cosmetic formulation, foundation, skin cover, lip stick, lip gloss, and face powder.

The nanoliposome is prepared by passing a liposome containing phospholipid, glutathione, 95% denatured ethanol, glycerin, polysorbate 20. The cosmetic composition is manufactured in the form of a lotion, gel, soluble liquid, cream, essence, makeup base, foundation, skin cover, lipstick, lip gloss, face powder, two-way cake, or eye shadow.
