Abstract: A multistory one-joint precast concrete column is provided to heighten constructability by reducing a craning process and a craning weight by split-manufacturing a PC(precast concrete) column and decreasing unit weight. The multistory one-joint precast concrete column(10) comprises primary and secondary built-up columns(10a,10b) which are manufactured separately to be symmetric to each other and provided with many bolt holes(15) to assemble with each other by many connecting bolts(14) in a construction site. The primary and secondary built-up columns are formed to make many vertical bars(20) and diagonal bars(30) exposed to a space between columns(11,12,13) of each story coupled with a PC beam, wherein the vertical bars are arranged on each corner of the primary and secondary built-up columns in the longitudinal direction to connect and support the spaced columns of each story, and the diagonal bars are arranged on the inside of the vertical bars to prevent lateral buckling on a joint between the PC column and the PC beam.

Abstract: A hollow core precast slab integrated with ondol is provided to reduce the period of construction, to simplify a construction process, to improve quality and to cut down on construction expenses by constructing a slab and ondol integrally. The hollow core precast slab integrated with ondol contains a precast slab(10) provided with hollow cores(11) to cut off the loss of heat, hot water pipelines(20) laid in pipeline grooves(12) of the precast slab at regular intervals, and a finishing layer(30) made of topping concrete or finishing concrete and placed on the top of the hot water pipeline. The construction method for a hollow core precast slab integrated with ondol comprises the steps of carrying a hollow core precast slab in a job site using a crane and assembling between a beam and a beam, laying hot water pipelines in upper pipeline grooves of the precast slab at regular intervals, placing a finishing layer on the top of the hot water pipelines and attaching an insulation on the bottom of the precast slab.
