Abstract: PURPOSE: A composition containing 7,8,4'-trihydroxyflavone compound is provided to suppress IL-4 mRNA expression and IL-4 gene promoter activation. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating allergic disorder contains 0.1-50 weight% of 7,8.4'-trihydroxyflavone compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof as an active ingredient. A health food for preventing and treating allergic disorder contains 7,8,4'-trihydroxyflavone compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt as an active ingredient. The health food is manufactured in the form of powder, granule, tablet, capsule, or beverage.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供含有7,8,4'-三羟基黄酮化合物的组合物以抑制IL-4mRNA表达和IL-4基因启动子活化。 构成：用于预防和治疗过敏性疾病的药物组合物含有0.1-50重量％的7,8,4'-三羟基黄酮化合物或其药学上可接受的盐作为活性成分。 用于预防和治疗过敏性疾病的保健食品含有7,8,4'-三羟基黄酮化合物或其药学上可接受的盐作为活性成分。 保健食品以粉末，颗粒，片剂，胶囊或饮料的形式制造。
