Abstract: The dilution solution for analysis of sperm response is provided to increase the efficiency in business by detecting the sperm and expressing the positive reaction when the trace amount of prostate-specific antigen is stained. The dilution solution for analysis of sperm response is prepared by adding 300-500mul of ethanol and 300mul of 0.1% Tween 20 as surfactant into 1m‘± of 0.1M phosphate buffer solution with pH 7.0, further contains 30mul of sodium azide as reagent preserving agent, and is not influenced by the cheap ethanol in view of temperature, heat, and storage period at all.

Abstract translation: 提供用于分析精子反应的稀释溶液，以通过检测精子来提高业务效率，并在微量前列腺特异性抗原染色时表达阳性反应。 通过在pH7.0的0.1M磷酸盐缓冲溶液的1m±0.1中加入300-500ml乙醇和300μl0.1％Tween 20作为表面活性剂，制备精子反应分析稀释溶液，再含有30μl叠氮化钠作为试剂保存剂 ，而且根据温度，热量和储存期都不受廉价乙醇的影响。

Abstract: 본 발명은 임상병원에서 전립선암 진단용으로 임상에서 혈청 내 미량으로 존재하는 전립선특이항원(PSA - prostate specific antigen)을 검출하는 피에스에이 키트를 이용하여 정액반응 검출결과를 향상하도록 하는 정액반응 검사용 희석액에 관한 것이다.
즉 pH 7.0, 0.1M인 인산염 완충액 1㎖에 에탄올 300~500㎕와 개면 활성제인 0.1% Tween 20 300㎕와 시약 보존재인 아지드화물(Sodium azide) 30㎕를 각각 첨가하여 혼합 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 정액 반응검사용 희석액을 조성하여 사건현장에서 채취되는 증거물에서 전립선특이항원의 검출 여부로 정액 반응검사를 즉석에서 시행할 수 있도록 한 것이다.
