Abstract: The HEPA filter for removing particultes in nuclear industry or clean-room, has a reverse-flow type cleaning mechanism blowing high- compressed air to remove the dust layer collected on the filter, and regenerate type filter. The filter comprises an U-type passage (2) for turning air-flow direction with 180 degrees, air inlet (1), dust collecting box (3); first/second air filters (4),(6) connected with air outlet (7); reverse cleaning nozzle (5) on the first filter (4) for injecting air to clean the filter (4).
