Abstract:
Undersea waste recovery device with a chain type is provided to allow a small fishing boat to recover the waste, and to minimize manpower and costs for recovery of the undersea waste by reducing total weight of the recovery device. Undersea waste recovery device with a chain type comprises a main shackle(14), a plurality of chain ropes(16), a recovery hook(17) and a barb portion(17a). The main shackle for connection of a traction rope for a fishing boat is installed in an end of a head plate with a triangle shape so as to be easily towed by the fish boat. The chain ropes with predetermined length are connected in a rear side of the head plate so as to be spaced in predetermined distance and capable of being replaced. The recovery hook is fixed in directions of both sides along the respective chain rope. The barb portion for preventing the waste hooked by the hook from being separated is protruded in an inner side of the recovery hook.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for restoration and preservation of an immersion type biological sample for permitting maintenance of a body color of a biological sample for a long period time and restoration of a body color of a decolored biological sample to its original state and then preservation is provided which permits semipermanent preservation of the body color of the biological sample and reutilization of conventional biological samples without the necessity of fabrication of a new biological sample. CONSTITUTION: A body color composition for restoration and preservation of an immersion type biological sample contains 0.3 to 2 parts by weight of benzyl alcohol, 0.3 to 2 parts by weight of sodium chloride, 15 to 25 parts by weight of formalin and 5 to 15 parts by weight of glacial acetic acid, based on 100 parts by weight of water. The restoration method comprises: preparing a body color composition similar to the body color of a biological sample; dyeing the biological sample with the body color composition; fixing the biological sample; and immersing the fixed biological sample in a preservation liquid.
