Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided are a method for stuffing fish and stuffed product by the same to produce the product by naturally drying the fish to contract its body to easily remove internal organs without using chemicals during removal of the internal organs according to known method. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a first step of naturally drying a sample to be stuffed; a second step of cutting and removing internal organs from the sample; a third step of sewing the cut part after removing the organs; a fourth step of dipping the sewed sample in a specific chemical solution; a fifth step of fixing fins of the sample; a sixth step of artificially and/or naturally drying the sample after introducing specified contents into the sample; a seventh step of detaching and protecting the fins; and an eighth step of completely drying and coloring the sample. The specific chemical solution includes 50cc of formalin, 10g of sodium chloride, 20g of potassium acetate, 10g of potassium nitrate, 50g of boric acid and balance of water to form 1000cc of water solution.
