Abstract: 본 발명은 흑화가 어류의 무안 측면적의 10 % 미만으로 발생되고 먹이붙임이 완료된 가자미목 어류의 치어를 직경이 3 ~ 10 mm 이고, 무게는 30 ~ 200 mg인 자갈이 깔린 수조에서 사육하여 무안측 흑화의 발생이 억제된 가자미목 어류를 양식하는 방법에 관한 것으로서,구체적으로 수조의 바닥에 직경이 3 ~ 10 mm , 무게는 30 ~ 200 mg인 자갈을 적용함으로써 가자미목 어류들이 은신할 수 있는 환경을 조성하여, 종래 가자미목 어류의 사육시 발생하였던 무안측 흑화 발생을 차단할 수 있는 가자미목 어류의 양식 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 양식 방법은 사료의 찌꺼기 및 어류의 배설물이 물과 함께 배출되므로 수질을 깨끗하게 유지하는 것이 가능하여 다량의 가자미목 어류의 사육이 가능함과 동시에 종래의 수조에서 사육시 발생하였던 흑화 발생이 차단하므로 흑화 발생이 억제된 가자미목 어류를 양식하는 것이 가능하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is an edible and biodegradable film containing fish protein, which is excellent in mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and elongation, and vapor-permeation screening property and can be used for packing various foods. CONSTITUTION: The edible and biodegradable film contains the fish protein, wherein the fish is Theragra chalcogramma or Scomber japonicus. And the film is produced by a process comprising the steps of: extracting the protein from the fish and recovering; adding distilled water and a plasticizer to the obtained protein concentrate to produce a solution for producing the film, wherein the plasticizer is selected from the group consisting of glycerol, sorbitol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, and a mixture thereof; adjusting pH of the solution to be 7.0-11.0 by using an alkali water solution and heating at 70-90deg.C to gelate the solution; antifoaming the gelated solution and molding.

Abstract: 본 발명은 민어과 어류의 양식방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로 그물(網目)코의 크기가 가로 및 세로 길이가 0.8 ~ 1.2 cm인 무결절 그물망을 연안으로부터 5 ~ 6 km 지점에 2.0 ~ 2.5 km 길이로 포물선 모양으로 설치하고, 그물 주변의 수심이 40 ~ 60 cm 가 될 때 그물망 내에서 민어과 어류를 공기 중에 노출되지 않도록 채포하는 단계를 포함하는 민어과 어류의 양식 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 개막이 시설을 이용하여 민어과 어류를 공기 중에 노출되거나 스트레스 및 상처를 주지 않고 살아있는 자연산 어류를 수중에서 채포하는 것을 가능하게 함으로써, 참조기의 종 보존과 양질의 수정란 확보에 의한 대량 생산을 가능하게 하며, 참조기의 양식 산업화를 이룰 수 있어 1만톤의 수입대체 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A cultivation method of the pleuronectiformes is provided, which makes breeding of the pleuronectiformes of the large amount possible by keeping water fresh by discharging residue of fodder and waste of fishes. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of the pleuronectiformes is constituted as follows. The fry of the pleuronectiformes is bred in a water tub in which gravel is arranged. The gravel has 3 ~ 10 mm of diameter and 30 ~ 200 mg weight. The gravel is a hard solid selected from a group consisting of feldspar, pyroxene, amphibole, quartz, mica, clam shell, and ceramics. The porosity of gravel is 5 ~ 50 %. The speed of current at the central middle layer of the water tub is 4 ~ 8 cm/s.
