Abstract: 본 고안은 잘피 이식기구에 관한 것으로, 양식장에 바닥에 침전된 준설 오염 된 진흙을 이용하여 잘피를 이식하기 위한 기구로서 수거한 준설오니에 황토를 배합하여 5% ~ 10%의 함수율을 가지도록 배합하고, 잘피의 지하경부를 삽입할 수 있는 적어도 하나 이상의 구멍을 가지는 판상으로 구성하여 상기 구멍에 잘피를 끼워 결합한 상태로 수중에 투척하는 양식장 준설오니를 이용한 잘피 이식기구를 제공하는 것을 기술적 요지로 하고 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of a slow release fertilizer for sea resources by chemical reaction of waste organics and sintered shell. Accordingly, the resultant fertilizer has no bad smell and no harmful microbes. CONSTITUTION: The slow release fertilizer is manufactured by the following steps of: grinding organic wastes such as excretions, sludge and starfish, and mixing; adding ground powder of shell sintered at 900-1000deg.C, containing less than 20% of CaO, as a stabilizing additive for alkaline stabilization and exothermic reaction to remove harmful microbes and bad smell, which is expressed by CaO + H2O -->Ca(OH)2 +15.6kcal/mol, Ca(OH)2 +2CO2 -->Ca(HCO3)2 + 35.4kcal/mol; adding less than 10wt.% of charcoal to the stabilized reactants for nutrient supply and deodorization; drying deodorized reactants, expressed by CaCO3 + CO2 -->CaCO3 + H2O, Ca(HCO3)2 -->CaCO3 + H2O +CO2, and forming into a shape of powder or pallet.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of organic fertilizer by alkali stabilization of shells due to mixing CaO from shells with organic wastes. Accordingly, the resultant organic fertilizer has high quality and protection against harmful bacteria. CONSTITUTION: The organic fertilizer is manufactured by mixing shell powder (CaO) with organic wastes such as animal and human wastes, sewage sludge and food waste. The CaO powder as an alkali stabilization additive is obtained by washing shells, sintering shells at 900-1000deg.C for 30min to remove organics and form pores, and grinding and pouring ground shells into a #200 sieve. The CaO powder mixed with wastes is changed into the forms of Ca(OH)2 and Ca(HCO3)2, which results in decomposition of bad smell and extinction of harmful bacteria due to exothermic reaction and strong alkalization(pH12-13), respectively.
