Abstract: PURPOSE: An animal plankton collection net is provided to separate jellyfish according to the size thereof and to measure the population of jellyfish. CONSTITUTION: An animal plankton collection net comprises: an entrance through which animal plankton flows in; an inflow net(10) which is formed in a cylindrical form and has an exit for discharging the animal plankton; a separation filter(50) which separates animal plankton according to the size thereof; and a cutting unit(60) which cuts jellyfish which is unable to pass through the separation filter. The cutting unit includes a main frame and a pivot frame.

Abstract: A bycatch reduction device for shrimp trawl is provided, which reduces the time and the personnel cost selecting shrimp and maximizes working efficiency. A bycatch reduction device for shrimp trawl is constituted as follows. A bag type net is formed of a net channel(21) and an end sack(13) successively. The tip-end part of the guiding net(22) is installed along the net channel. A mixed catching prevention net(23) is installed along the net channel. In the bottom part of the net channel, a bottom outlet for the exhaustion of the mixed-caught fishes is formed.
