PURPOSE: A device for restraining the generation of green algae and eliminating pathogen inside an aquarium is provided to prevent and reduce the generation of green algae inside an aquarium, to prevent fish diseases, and to promote the growth of water plants. CONSTITUTION: A device for restraining the generation of green algae and eliminating pathogen inside an aquarium includes a first conductive mesh(30), a second conductive mesh, a spacer, a first case(10) supporting the first conductive mesh, a second case(60) supporting the second conductive mesh, and a ring-shaped connecting part(20). The spacer between the first and the second conductive mesh insulates the first and the second conductive meshes. The connecting part comprises a first region and a second region along a circumferential direction.

PURPOSE: A non-contact type fish population measuring system and method are provided to accurately measure the size of fishes in an unmanned manner by photographing the fishes using a pair of cameras and analyzing the images through triangulation. CONSTITUTION: A non-contact type fish population measuring system comprises a photographing device(10) and a measuring device(30). The photographing device comprises a pair of cameras(21,23) which are installed under the water and take images of fishes. The measuring device includes a size calculation unit(40) which measures the size of fishes from the images taken by the cameras and a population calculation unit(50) which calculates the population of fishes from images taken by one of the cameras. The size calculation unit comprises a camera matching part(41), a distance calculating part(43), a measuring point selecting part(45), and a fish size calculating part(47).

PURPOSE: A greenhouse gas reducing apparatus for a vessel is provided to reduce pollutants from exhaust gas and to cost effectively treat carbon dioxide components. CONSTITUTION: A greenhouse gas reducing apparatus includes a wet type collector(10), a spraying pump(14), an operating unit, a bubble absorbing water bath(20), a reaction and retention bath(30), and a filter unit(40). The wet type collector sprays collecting water to exhaust gas from the engine of a vessel in order to primarily remove nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides, and dust components from the exhaust gas. The spraying pump supplies collecting water to the spraying nozzle(15) of the wet type collector. The operating unit forms microbubbles using exhaust gas components. Seawater supplied with the microbubbles through the gas-liquid spraying nozzle of the operating unit is stored in the bubble absorbing water bath. The reaction and retention bath alternatively moves the seawater from the bubble absorbing water bath. The filter unit removes foreign materials from the seawater using a filter(45) and re-supplies the seawater without the foreign materials to a storing bath(6).
