Abstract:
PURPOSE: A hybrid type elliptical solar electric generator is provided to increase a power output by efficiently applying direct light and reflected light and to minimize the damage of a solar cell module due to all kinds of shocks. CONSTITUTION: A solar cell module(20) is installed in an empty space of the inner side of an outer case. A cable port(15) for the connection of a cable(16) is installed to the outer case. The outer case and the solar cell module are formed into an oval sphere shape. The solar cell module is composed of an elliptical type module frame, a dye sensitized solar cell(20a), and a silicon solar cell(20b). An LED tube(21) of a ring shape is installed on an external periphery portion of the center side of the solar cell module. A plurality of spacers is installed in the inner side of the outer case.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing the effect of ocean acidification to various marine organisms is provided to enable safe, quick, and accurate test. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for testing ocean acidification for indoor by pH adjustment and recycling culture comprises: an acidification aeration tank(1) for aeration of CO_2 gas in the seawater; a basification aeration tank(2) for aeration of N_2 or O_2 in the seawater; a plurality of storage tanks(3) which mixes seawater discharged from the tanks in each different ratio and stores the seawater mixtures based on the pH concentration; and a plurality of culture tanks(4) for storing the seawater and culturing together with an experimental organisms(20).

The present invention relates to a method of extracting a sample solution for analysis of an oil contaminant component from a marine sediment sample. The extraction method of extracting the sample solution for analysis of oil contaminants comprises a sample treatment step (S1) in which a top cap (12) with a solvent inlet (12a) and a bottom cap (13) with a sample extraction hole (12a) are assembled on the top and bottom of a cylindrical extractor body (11), respectively, and frozen and dried marine sediment (15) for sample extraction is inputted into an extraction kit (10) made of stainless steel material with a filter (14) on the inner bottom surface of the extractor body (10); and a sample extraction step (S2) of heating the extraction kit (10) by mounting the extraction kit (10) on an accelerated solvent extraction device and pressurizing and injecting a solvent into the extraction kit (10).
