Abstract: The present invention relates to an anti-obesity composition derived from gulfweeds. More specifically, provided is an anti-obesity pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food containing an extract of Sargassum fulvellum or Sargassum horneri or a fraction of the same as an active ingredient. The extract or the fraction separated from gulfweeds of the present invention is a safe material which has excellent effects in inhibiting fat cell differentiation, fat generation, and fat accumulation and is not cellulotoxic so as to be usefully as an active ingredient of a pharmaceutical composition or a health functional food for decreasing body fat and treating obesity.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及来自草甘膦的抗肥胖组合物。 更具体地，提供了抗肥胖药物组合物或含有马齿苋（Sargassum fulvellum）或马齿苋（Sargassum horneri）或其部分作为活性成分的提取物的保健功能食品。 从本发明的草甘膦分离出的提取物或级分是一种安全的材料，其在抑制脂肪细胞分化，脂肪产生和脂肪蓄积方面具有优异的效果，并且不是有效地作为药物组合物的活性成分或纤维素毒性， 一种用于减少身体脂肪和治疗肥胖的健康功能性食物。
