Abstract: PURPOSE: A sweet potato digging apparatus attachable to a tractor is provided to prevent the damage of sweet potatoes by keeping a digging depth at a fixed level regardless of geographical feature of a sweet potato plot. CONSTITUTION: The sweet potato digging apparatus is comprised of plural devices(20R,20L) connected with plural digging blades(25) for repetitively reciprocating them upward and downward in opposite direction relative to each other; a power transmission device(50) for transmitting power to the plural movable devices; and a height adjustment device(60) for adjusting a repetitive stroke of the digging blade by moving the movable devices upward and downward on the whole.
