Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for processing antibiotic bamboo is developed to enhance antibiotic efficiency of bamboo and to preserve it for a long time and tolerance against crack or scratch in order to accomplish higher quality of bamboo product. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing antibiotic bamboo is based on the use of Chitosan solution at a specific composition. Particularly, The processing method is performed by primarily giving the bamboo into a bleaching solution composed of 10% hydrogen peroxide and 1% NaOH in a mole ratio of 1.5:1-2:1. In a next step, the bleached bamboo is under the neutralization process by washing it with 1% HCl solution. In a third step, the neutralized bamboo is treated with Chitosan composition by dipping the bamboo into 1% Chitosan solution and dried to result in the final product.
Abstract translation: 目的:开发一种加工抗生素竹的方法,以提高竹子的抗生素效率,长时间保存,耐龟裂或划伤,以达到更高质量的竹制品。 构成:抗生素竹的加工方法是以具体成分使用壳聚糖溶液为基础的。 特别地,处理方法通过主要将竹子以1.5:1-2:1的摩尔比由10%过氧化氢和1%NaOH组成的漂白溶液进行。 在下一步中,通过用1%HCl溶液洗涤漂白竹子处于中和过程中。 在第三步中,将中和的竹子用壳聚糖组合物处理,将竹子浸入1%壳聚糖溶液中并干燥,得到最终产品。

Abstract: PURPOSE: An interior material by using natural coconut fibers and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the sound-absorbing power and thermal insulation as well as the appearance of an interior material, thereby widely applying to ceiling materials and other interior materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an interior material by using natural coconut fibers includes the steps of forming a coconut fiber layer(1) of a thickness of 0.1-10mm by scattering 5-20weight% of coconut fibers of a thickness of 0.1-5.0cm to a polyolefin foaming agent(2) by a vibrator, injecting a water soluble adhesive 30-60weight% on the coconut fiber layer and drying the coconut fiber layer in a ventilation dryer at 50-100°C for 5-30minutes, and compressing the coconut fiber layer with a heating compression roller.

본 발명의 일 특징에 따른 천연 코코넛 섬유를 이용한 내장재의 제조 방법은 폴리올레핀 발포체 20 - 40[중량%]에 0.1 - 5[cm] 길이의 코코넛 섬유 5 - 20[중량%]를 진동기를 통해 뿌려서 0.1 - 10[mm] 두께의 코코넛 섬유층을 만드는 단계; 상기 코코넛 섬유층 위에 수용성 접착제 30 - 60[중량%]를 분사한 후에 통풍건조기로 50 - 100[℃]의 온도를 만들어서 5 - 30분 동안 방치 건조시키는 단계 및 가열 압착 로울러에 통과시켜서 압착하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어진다. 전술한 구성에서, 상기 수용성 접착제를 분사하기 전에 상기 코코넛 섬유층 위에 견운모 5 - 20[중량%]를 뿌려주면 접착력을 증진시킬 수 있고, 이외에도 난연성 및 흡음성을 증진시킬 수 있다.
