Abstract: The present invention relates to a primer set for discerning the inclusion of wheat in rice-processed food, a method for discerning the inclusion of wheat in the rice-processed food using the same, and a kit including the same. By means of the present invention, through one polymerase chain reaction (PCR), a rice DNA band which is a positive control group can be confirmed, and the inclusion of wheat components can be simultaneously discerned. Accordingly, the labor and time for the discerning can be remarkably saved.

Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种用于鉴别在水稻加工食品中包含小麦的引物组，使用该引物对在米加工食品中鉴别小麦的方法，以及包含该小麦的试剂盒。 通过本发明，通过一个聚合酶链式反应（PCR），可以确认作为阳性对照组的水稻DNA条带，并且可以同时鉴别小麦成分的包含物。 因此，可以显着节省挑剔的劳动和时间。
