Abstract: 본 발명은 긴급연락체계에서 긴급상황 응답대상자의 연락우선순위 설정방법에 관한 것으로서, 발신자번호표시 시스템으로부터 복수의 발신자단말의 발신자번호정보를 수신하는 단계, 상기 수신한 발신자번호정보를 응답대상자번호정보와 비교하여, 상기 발신자단말의 발신자가 상기 응답대상자인지를 판단하는 단계, 상기 발신자가 상기 응답대상자인 경우, 상기 발신자에 대한 인증절차를 수행하는 단계, 상기 발신자번호정보를 이용하여 위치정보 시스템으로부터 상기 인증절차에서 인증된 발신자의 위치정보를 수신하는 단계 상기 발신자의 위치정보를 이용하여 발신자단말의 위치와 긴급상황이 발생한 위치 사이의 거리, 또는 상기 발신자단말의 위치와 긴급상황전파자단말의 위치 사이의 거리가 가까운 순서대로 상기 발신자에 대한 연락우선 순위를 설정하고, 상기 연락우선순위가 설정된 발신자를 연락대상자로 설정하는 단계, 및 상기 연락우선순위에 따른 연락대상자와 상기 인증된 연락대상자의 발신자번호정보를 상기 긴급상황전파자단말에 송신하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하며 긴급연락체계의 통신망을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있다.

Abstract: An elastic cartridge belt (100) comprises: a belt (110) which can winds the waist of a user; and a buckle (120) which is connected with both end units of the belt (110) in order to be detached from each other. The buckle (120) comprises: a socket member (140) which is connected with one end unit of the belt (110); and a plug member (130) which is connected with the other end unit of the belt (110). Therefore, the elastic cartridge belt capable of being freely elastic can be worn around the waist without adjusting the length thereof even when the thickness of the waist changes depending on whether or not the user wears a field jacket or an inner layer. In addition, when the elastic cartridge belt is flipped over so that a luminous body faces the outside, the elastic cartridge belt can be easily recognized by others even at night, thereby preventing car accidents by a driving vehicle and easily checking the moving situations of military forces.
