Abstract: PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing yag fluorescent substance is provided to produce fluorescent substance to improve productivity at low cost by simplifying manufacturing process, not to affect to fluorescent action of display device with uniform distribution chart of fluorescent activator, to realize white luminescence in luminescent diode. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing yag fluorescent substance comprises the steps of: mixing and drying yttrium oxide, aluminium oxide, bismuth oxide powder as fusing agent and fluorescent activator; forming the mixture into compressed matter of fixed shape in mold by compressing; plasticizing and cooling the compressed matter; crushing the cooled plastic matter into powder state; the plastic temperature is 1200-1300deg.C, fixed plastic time is 2 to 4 hours, cooling rate is 200-300deg.C per hour.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供制造荧光物质的方法以通过简化制造过程以低成本提高生产率,而不影响具有均匀分布图的荧光激活剂的显示装置的荧光作用,以实现发光二极管中的白色发光 。 构成:制造yag荧光物质的方法包括以下步骤:将氧化钇,氧化铝,氧化铋粉末作为定影剂和荧光活化剂混合和干燥; 通过压缩将混合物成型为固定形状的压缩物; 塑化和冷却压缩物; 将冷却的塑料粉碎成粉状; 塑料温度为1200-1300℃,固化时间为2〜4小时,冷却速度为200〜300℃。
