    Abstract: 본 발명은 플라스틱 선별시스템에 관한 것으로서, 다수의 입력라인으로부터 입력되는 적외선 반사광을 하나의 선별시스템을 이용하여 순차적으로 처리함으로써 동일한 전체 선별시스템을 복수개로 증설하지 않고도 처리능률을 극대화할 수 있도록 된 플라스틱 선별시스템의 광접속장치에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 근적외선을 플라스틱 시료에 조사하여 얻어진 근적외선 반사광을 검출 및 분석하여 시료를 판별하는 플라스틱 선별시스템에 있어서, 다수의 플라스틱 시료로부터 얻어진 각각의 근적외선 반사광을 전송하기 위한 다수의 입력측 광섬유와, 상기 각각의 입력측 광섬유가 원주방향을 따라 수평선상으로 접속된 케이싱과, 상기 케이싱의 중심선 상에 위치되어 입력측 광섬유로부터의 출사된 반사광을 수직상방으로 반사하기 위한 전반사미러와, 상기 전반사미러의 하단에 축결합되어 각각의 입력측 광섬유에 일치되도록 전반사미러를 일정각도로 정량회전시키기 위한 서보모터와, 상기 서보모터의 구동을 제어하기 위한 드라이버와, 상기 케이싱의 상부 중심선상에 결합되어 전반사미러로부터 반사된 근적외선 반사광을 케이싱 외부 로 순차적으로 전송하기 위한 출력측 광섬유를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for automatically separating plastics is provided to automatically separate same kinds plastics in a relevant separation box. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically separating plastics comprises a hopper receiving waste resources including plastic samples; a plurality of conveyors performing the downward transfer of the plastic samples by stages; at least one probe unit(420-460) mounted to at least one conveyor to sort specific kinds plastics in the waste resources; an analyser(100) connected to the probe unit; an air compressor(300) discharging the air of high pressure; a plurality of nozzles connected to the air compressor and arranged to the free falling position of the conveyor; a plurality of electronic valves(500) connected between the air compressor and the plurality of nozzles to discharging the air of high pressure to a relevant nozzle; a separation box housing a same kinds plastics at the position corresponding with the nozzles; a collect box positioned at the end of the last staged conveyor; and a control part(200) controlling conveyor motors, the analyser, the air compressor, and electronic valves.
