Abstract: 본 발명은 융합 항균펩타이드 PAJE 및 이를 합성하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 융합 항균펩타이드 PAJE은 서열번호 3으로 표현되는 신규 물질로써, 그 합성방법은 서열번호 1로 표현되는 파필리오신의 아미노산 서열 중 1-7 아미노산 영역 및, 서열번호 2로 표현되는 젤레인의 아미노산 서열 1-8 아미노산 영역을 접합시켜 융합 항균펩타이드 PAJE를 합성하는 것이 특징이다.
본 발명에 의해, 기존의 항균펩타이드보다 항균활성이 높은 융합 항균펩타이드 PAJE 및 이를 합성하는 방법이 제공된다.

Abstract: The present invention relates to fusion antibacterial peptides PAJE and a method for synthesizing the same. Fusion antibacterial peptides of the present invention is a novel substance represented by SEQ ID NO: 3, and the synthesizing method is to synthesize fusion antibacterial peptides PAJE by bonding a region of 1-7 amino acids in the amino acid sequence of papiliocin represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 and a region of 1-8 amino acid sequence of jellerine represented by SEQ ID NO: 2. According to the present invention, fusion antibacterial peptides PAJE with improved antibacterial activity compared to existing antibacterial peptides and a synthesizing method of the same are provided.
