Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel CvFatB1 isolated from Cuphea viscosissima and an effect of increasing the content of a palmitic acid in a transgenic plant by using the same. The content of the palmitic acid in a seed of the transgenic plant transformed with the novel CvFatB1 gene increases, and such a trait is further increased in a T2 generation. Thus, the seed of the transformant can be used in production of a palmitic acid.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种从Cuphea viscosissima分离的新型CvFatB1和通过使用它们增加转基因植物中棕榈酸含量的作用。 用新型CvFatB1基因转化的转基因植物的种子中的棕榈酸的含量增加,T2代中这种性状进一步增加。 因此,转化体的种子可用于生产棕榈酸。
